Most algae and aquatic plant problems that occur in South Florida are prompted by high nutrient levels in the water along with warm water temperatures. Springtime fertilization of lawns and seasonal rains induce algae growth. This situation is NORMAL and should be anticipated between treatments.

For you convenience, you will find scrap paper and pencils in the flyer rack.

The Social Room now has a computer that is connected to the internet.
You may now connect to the airlines to check on flights, print tickets
and check your e-mail.
There is a 20 minute time limit per person.

The cost to use the PCMA office fax machine for unit
owners is $1.00 per page.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept personal
incoming faxes at our office.

order to allow unit owners to use the table.
